Introduction to Linocut Printing: A two-session workshop
In this intro workshop with artist Valerie Perreault you will learn the skills of linocut printmaking and print your very own handcut works on paper. Once learned, this versatile and accessible technique can be applied to the creation of artist’s books, textile design, poster design and limited edition prints.
Valerie Perreault from Portside Studio & Gallery specializes in printmaking. Her work has been featuredon HBO, PBS, Buzzfeed, and more. She brings a local, island-vibe to this centuries old technique.
